Obedience training is the key to your success as a dog owner!

Training is the foundation on which you will build a great and lasting relationship with your dog! It's your way of communicating with your dog and showing leadership in a way that he understands.

Dogs become more attached to those that train them. Even more so than the person that feeds them. That is why training your dog with the help of an instructor is essential in strengthening the bond you have with your dog.

Obedience comes through training. Your dog needs and wants rules and boundaries. He needs to learn what your house rules are and to obey them. And an experienced obedience instructor can show you how to accomplish this.

Training will stimulate your dog’s mind and give him a job to do. It also provides an outlet for some of his excess energy.

Most problem behavior can be helped or solved through training. Some behaviors improve when training is started. Most other problems can be eliminated over time. But training is always the best place to start.  

Training takes time and requires a bit of effort but it also can be very rewarding and fun for both you and your dog.
